NEVER FORGET 9/11

I will NEVER FORGET the young officer who ran towards the Twin Towers and spent day and night there. In her 30s she was diagnosed with Stage 4 9/11 cancer and was pregnant. I had the honor of helping her get to the best scientists and gynecological surgeon at Sloan Kettering who not only gave her more time but a beautiful baby when no other hospital could. That surgeon still wears his NYPD and FDNY 9/11 pin on his coat. Sloan Kettering has treated countless HEROES who ran towards the flames. The terrorism didn't end on 9/11 our heroic first responders are still suffering with illness and cancer from the environmental factors. We have lost so many heroes and so many others are still sick. Let us Always Remember what happened on 9/11 so it NEVER happens again. We must all promise them that.
