For me, health and wellness coaching and healthy weight loss is not so people can be “skinny” as written about in magazines. For me, it’s about health (both physical and mental) and as a way to prevent cancer, Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease. But let’s talk about the mental health part of weight loss. Far too many girls (and boys) let weight and body image control their lives and it stops them from fulfilling their dreams and potential. I never want that to happen. That is my "why" for being a health and wellness coach.
