Kale Garden Stir Fry Recipe
Place 1 Bunch of Kale (Trader joe’s has bags of organic cleaned kale, use ½ a bag) in sautee pan
Pour ½ cup of organic chicken broth or vegetable broth over kale
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, hearts of palm, four thin slices of green apple, one ounce of fresh mozzarella, red and yellow peppers and sprinkle with hot sauce.
Stir on and off for five minutes. Do not drain the broth as it contains various vitamins and minerals.
Serve in a bowl by itself or layered with grilled chicken or fish on top.
