Practiced my JOY = Passionate Purpose + Meaning yesterday as I tell all my clients do for at least 15 minutes per day. I couldn't think of a better way to start the New Year than a meditative walk through Central Park, speaking to clients who have transformed every part of their lives and then seeing the biopic on Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a hero of mine since I was a young girl.

The entire audience including the men had tears in their eyes at the end. The men were hugging and kissing their significant others/wives. It was really quite something to see. Given these are enlightened men who are seeing the film but you could tell that RBG's story, struggle, triumph and the unconditional love she shared with her husband moved the men and gave them a greater appreciation as to what it means to be a woman in the world. It's a phenomenal story of a truly remarkable life. We’re all better because Ruth Bader Ginsburg lived!

Dedicate at least 15 minutes daily to working on your JOY and whatever it is that makes your heart smile, it prevents burnout and leads to a happier, more fulfilled life.

This video of 22 Musicals In 12 Minutes with Lin-Manuel Miranda, James Corden and Emily Blunt is the greatest video I've ever seen. It incites pure JOY and will make your heart smile. It even comes under Health Coach Jaye's 15 minute rule of daily Joy inducing activities to prevent burnout. What a great way to start the New Year! ART FEEDS THE SOUL!
