After flipping through the latest best selling diet books last night at Barnes & Noble, I have to say I don’t know how most people follow these! I’d be starving! That’s why for my 7 Day Sugar & Carb Detox, I give people 5-6 meals per day of antibiotic free protein, low glycemic veggies and fruit and healthy fats so that they’re never hungry, stop their sugar and carb cravings and reset their metabolism. After the Detox, I then add in low glycemic, gluten-free foods slowly and see how people react. Everyone is different and I target my programs to each person’s needs and body’s response.

In my opinion, “Letter From A Birmingham Jail” ranks up there with the Gettysburg Address, the Constitution and Declaration of Independence as one of the most brilliant and meaningful documents ever written.
